H.E. Nadir Ahmed Mohamed Al Hammadi, Bachelor of Science in Aviation Electronics (Avionics) from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida, USA, Master of Engineering Business Management from Warwick University, London, UK.
H.E. Nadir started his professional career at Gamco. He held several positions in his steady career growth and was also involved in the establishment of GAMAERO (a joint venture of Gamco and Aerospatiale) and served as its Executive Director.
Over twenty years ago, H.E. Nadir joined Presidential Flight where he has held several senior roles, and currently runs company as the Chief Executive Officer.
H.E. Nadir Ahmed Mohamed Al Hammadi is also the Chairman of the Board of “Abu Dhabi Aviation”, the single largest commercial helicopter operator in the Middle East. H.E. Nadir also holds several positions as Chairman of “Decovision” and “Tamouh Investments”, Vice Chairman of “International Holdings Company” and Board Member of “Royal Jet”, “Maximus Air”, “Waha Capital” and other private companies.

Ashraf Fahmy, BSc of Commerce and a Fellow member of the British Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). Ashraf is also a Microsoft Certified Application Developer and a Certified Contract Development and Negotiation Manager.
Ashraf holds the following board positions: Vice Chairman of ADA International Real Estate LLC; Board Member of Agusta Westland Aviation Services, ADA Training Centre, Abu Dhabi Aviation Saudi and Herbal Hill Gardens UK Ltd.
Ashraf has been Chief Financial Officer at Abu Dhabi Aviation (ADA) since 2009, a public company listed on the Abu Dhabi stock exchange (ADX). Ashraf’s responsibilities include oversight of the company’s financial performance, internal controls and business development.
Before joining ADA, Ashraf worked 17 years in the UK for international companies including Laing O’Rourke and P&O Ferries while starting his career working for Rank Xerox.

Mohannad Abdelhadi, Master of Business Administration from University of Wolverhampton, UK.
Mr. Abdelhadi has started his career at KPMG in their advisory services. He gained a wide range of experience in the Middle East and in the GCC in particular going on to work for both PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Ernst & Young in their Business Risks Services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Prior joining the ADA and its subsidiary companies, Mr. Abdelhadi has also held the positionof Director of Finance inMakan Capital Group, an ethically responsible private equity firm with offices in the UAE, KSA and the USA.
Mohannad Yousef Abdelhadi is a Board Member and a Managing Director of the ADA International Real Estate (ADAIRE). A founder and a board member of ”ADA Millennium”, Group’s Chief Audit Executive at the ”Abu Dhabi Aviation” Group (PJSC) and Audit Committee Member at the ”Royal Jet”.
